Order Processing Time

Our normal handling time is 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after the daily order cutoff time may begin processing on the next business day.

Our order cutoff time is 7:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Orders placed before the cutoff time may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time may begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is usually 6 to 10 business days, including handling and transit time.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other delays outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the package has been shipped.
